    you're going to want to visit the overseas vote foundation right now.

    overseas voters can register and order their absentee ballots at the same time using one form. you'll need to resubmit this form annually. the overseas vote foundation will help you prepare the form, tell you how you can transmit it (email/fax/mail/etc) and make sure you mail it to the correct person.
